Standard delivery - £4
Standard delivery over £75 - Free

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days and you will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail and should arrive within 2-3 days of being dispatched. If you have any questions relating to your order, please email support@studiodine.com with your order number.



Packaging

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and carbon footprint. All packaging is either made from 100% recycled materials or is fully recyclable/compostable. We also use second-hand packaging where possible to pack your orders and boxes used are always reflective of the product size to avoid waste material.

Postage boxes - 100% recyclable
Branded stickers/cards - Printed on 100% recycled card/paper and 100% recyclable
Zig Zag shredded paper - Reusable, 100% recyclable and biodegradable
Acid Free Tissue Paper - 100% recyclable and biodegradable
Eco Bubble Wrap - Reusable, 100% biodegradable and compostable  
EcoFlo Packing Peanuts - 100% biodegradable and compostable. These are also fully soluble so you can dissolve them in water! 
Kraft Tape - 100% recyclable


Returns

We hope you love your Studio Dine Store purchase. Should you wish to return your order you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused, in perfect condition and complete with original tags/packaging. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To start your return, please email support@studiodine.com with your order number/proof of purchase and reason for return within 14 days of receipt. All sales are final after 14 days of purchase. 

Goods must be received by us within 7 days of your request being granted. You, the customer, are responsible for paying return shipping unless the item arrives faulty. Please return all goods in their original packaging. We advise using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure it gets back to us safely and securely. The order remains your responsibility until received by us. We are unable to refund items that are damaged or lost in the post. 


Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method excluding the original shipping cost.


Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days at support@studiodine.com  so that we can address the issue and arrange a refund/replacement.
