The brief

The UK media are obsessed with food trends and to celebrate Resy - the popular restaurant booking platform - coming to the UK, we were asked to design the space at Bubala Restaurant in Soho to reflect the upcoming dining out trends set to grace the industry in 2023, and to bring these to life through a ‘shareable’ dinner for press and media.

Product Display

Tables were styled with on-brand linens, bespoke menus and artichoke candle holders amongst other veg and floral elements. Wider styling included signage, countless fruits and vegetables, a table for one based on the recent acceptance of solo dining in the age of self care and expression, and a product display showing the rise of natural wine selections on menus. Guests left with individual branded goodie bags.
